Order Confirmation and Tracking
When you purchase products on our website, we aim to process all orders within 48 hours, and once order processing is complete, we will arrange for shipping immediately. Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Therefore, the total time from placing your order to receiving your products will include our order processing time and the shipping time. Duties and Taxes
These charges are the customer’s responsibility (including duties, taxes, etc.).
Failed and Refused Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery address or contact phone number provided by the customer, leading to the courier's inability to deliver, and the parcel is returned, we will cancel the order, deduct the courier fee, and refund the remaining funds of the order. If the failed delivery is due to the courier's fault and not due to incorrect or missing information provided by the customer, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order. Please ensure to track your order using the tracking information we provide. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. For LTL freight, you need to coordinate with the freight company to schedule delivery.
Curbside or Front Door Delivery
We provide curbside or front door delivery services, which do not include indoor delivery or assembly.
Not responsible for lost orders due to theft or misplacement.
Damage and Loss
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you find any damage, confirm it with the carrier before accepting. Accepting the package means assuming responsibility. In case of damage, May provide assistance at its discretion. If the carrier loses your order, please contact us at info@zaricr.com with your order number, tracking number, and proof of loss.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the cancellation is due to a change of mind or no longer needing the product, ensure the goods are in a resalable condition, including original packaging, unopened, and unused.
